Values

Our disability commitment

At Rockpools, we are committed to providing services to clients, candidates and stakeholders that are fully accessible and appropriate. In particular, we work with clients to ensure that no inadvertent barriers hinder access to the recruitment process.

We are pleased to be an active member of the Employers' Forum on Disability and regularly support work by organisations such as Common Purpose to improve the recruitment experience for both executive and non-executive candidates from under-represented groups.

This commitment is integral to how we do business, principally because it means we can:

·               Access untapped reserves of talent

·               Open up new markets

·               Promote new sources of ideas and creativity

·               Improve the quality of customer care

Our experience of working with candidates with both visible and non-visible disabilities is extensive. We are keen to involve disabled people as stakeholders to ensure our services are fully accessible, benchmarking best practice and learning from organisations that have been recognised as achieving excellence in their approach to disability. One of our Consultants is a Board Member of the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).
