Stakeholder Relation Manager

Location: Harwell, Oxfordshire.
Organisation: Radioactive Waste Management Limited
Reference: RWM025

Creating a safer future by managing radioactive waste effectively, to protect people and the environment.

Competitive Package

Radioactive Waste Management Limited (RWM) has been established to deliver a geological disposal facility (GDF) and provide solutions for the management of radioactive waste.  This represents a major multi-billion pound national infrastructure programme. RWM is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority which is responsible under the Energy Act 2004, for the clean-up of the UK’s publicly owned civil nuclear legacy sites including the management of radioactive waste.

We are developing a skilled and experienced engagement team at RWM. This team is focused on ensuring colleagues are effectively engaged to champion our work and that stakeholders and communities have all the information they need to understand and support key projects.

As part of the transition into delivering on RWM’s programme of activities, we require a Stakeholder Relation Manager, who will lead the strategic development of stakeholder relationships nationally across a range of sectors and industries and ensure a concerted approach to named contacts while working across the business to forge healthy, strategic and positive relations. You’ll be working with a range of experts – from eminent scientists and experienced engineers, to community engagement specialists.

Closing date for applications is: Wednesday 25th July 2018

For a confidential discussion, please contact David Thomas on 07967 172902 or Balvinder Sangha on 07739 508312.
