I have worked in senior search and selection for over 12 years, having started out with a number of my Rockpools colleagues at PricewaterhouseCoopers. The focus of my work has been in socio-economic infrastructure and urban development, with a particular emphasis on the public-private interface, retaining the right talent and skills to shape sustainable futures.
