Our client is a major player in global
finance outsourcing, and is now actively seeking a Head of Operations to lead their operations in Manila
numbering 125 staff and servicing a very well-known global technology and media
client.
You will
assume full responsibility for the Manila site covering Credit and Collections,
Cash Applications and Billing Services. You
will be contributing at a strategic level and supporting in a practical way to
maintain and develop key client relationships both locally and on a global
scale.
With considerable
experience
of operations management of shared services / outsourcing operations – ideally
in the context of finance, you will have a proactive, hands-on leadership
style. You will have experience of
working in and managing teams in a multi-site / multi-country environment, and
have strong problem solving and process management skills.
