Sarah joined Rockpools in July 2006. She started her career in local government working for the Association of Metropolitan Authorities. She became Head of the Local Authorities Race Relations Information Exchange (LARRIE) in 1996. In this role she had a major impact on the promotion of racial equality in local government, leading local government's response to the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry.
In 2001, Sarah joined the Employers' Organisation for Local Government. In her role as Assistant Director - Information and Communications, she developed her expertise on people management, e-communications, reputation management, customer relations and knowledge management.
Outside of work, Sarah creates abstract collages, goes to the cinema, socialises with friends and spends time with her family.
