Mohan joined Rockpools in March 2006 and is the Director leading the private sector practice. Previously, he had spent five years as a Recruitment Director at Ernst & Young (EY) focusing on Partner and Director hires for the Corporate Finance arm, and helping develop a broad range of advisory, consulting and markets-focused offerings through hiring teams from scratch.
Since joining, he has worked on high profile international assignments for clients such as Arvato Services, BBC, BP, Bull Information Systems, Detica, Ernst & Young, Imagination, Lloyds Banking Group, Northgate Public Services, and Tiger Global Management.
Prior to EY, he was at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their search practice, gaining experience in recruiting senior roles in human resources, diversity, change management, regeneration, and housing.
His earlier career was in the public sector working in HR for London Borough of Hillingdon and Gloucestershire County Council.
An Economics graduate with a Masters in Race Relations, Mohan is a Corporate Member of the CIPD and is on the board of Notting Hill Housing Group.
Outside of work, Mohan runs (and plays keyboards in) a soul band called 'Soul Conviction' and, together with his wife and two children, is an active member of his local church.
