Nancy Scott

Nancy started her career in the not-for-profit sector, where she gained experience in tackling social exclusion, with a particular focus on young people, minority ethnic communities, disability, offenders & ex-offenders and international economic development. She also has experience in marketing, fundraising and event management.

Her career in recruitment started when she joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Since 2000, Nancy has been involved in high profile senior recruitment mainly in the public sector, but also working with those parts of the private sector, particularly large consultancies, seeking to do business with the public sector. She has a track record of working with clients both in the UK and across Africa.

In 2005, Nancy was part of a team seconded by Rockpools to the Olympic Delivery Authority where, having joined the organisation at start-up, she recruited both interim and permanent staff within the procurement, security, health & safety, transport, design and planning functions.

Currently a member of the private sector team, Nancy is leading our work across the international development market, particularly in Nigeria and key African markets.  She specialises in recruiting senior executives with backgrounds in professional services and consulting, and in general management, working with clients in professional services, financial services, e-commerce businesses and the public sector including international charities.

In 2001, Nancy was presented with an "individual award" from the European Federation of Black Women Business Owners for her work in promoting equalities and diversity in recruitment.
