These campaigns direct possible applicants to our website, or your own specially-created recruitment microsite designed by Rockpools, to find out more about the recruitment opportunity.
To complement any advertising campaigns, or, in the case of a pure headhunting assignment, we search nationally and internationally to find leaders who will excel in our clients’ organisations. We also utilise our vast, cross-sector network of talented senior executives to match the right candidate with the right role. Through the use of appropriate and targeted search tools, we seek to counter any negative or unhelpful trends, perceptions or stereotypes that exist in the areas specific to the post and increase the diversity of the potential pool of candidates. By supporting and coaching applicants from non-traditional backgrounds, we encourage those who have the leadership talent, but may not have the confidence, motivation or inclination, to apply for senior roles.
Once we have sourced and interviewed a pool of outstanding candidates, we recommend that candidates attend one of our cutting edge assessment sessions. These sessions provide clients with valuable insights into how each candidate will perform on the job and fit into the environment and culture of your organisation.
