Soul Purpose is the answer. It’s an innovative, new approach to developing your employees' skills in these areas by using the power of soul music. Through each interactive session, live musicians support your people to hear, understand and participate in making classic soul music.
No prior music knowledge or ability is required – just a willingness to get involved in a fun and educational session that can inspire and dynamically boost individual and team performance.
We offer whole day, half day and two hour sessions for groups of up to 25 people in a training room setting. All events aim at using the vehicle of soul music to help participants realise hidden abilities and develop their approach to working with others – whether they be perfect strangers or trusted work colleagues.
