If you have recently been unsuccessful at moving onto the next level of your career, are considering a career change or are facing redundancy, we can provide an in-depth and objective assessment of your strengths and areas for development, as well as the next steps to take, in a supportive coaching environment.

Previous participants on our programme have commented that our work provided an insightful view on their style and presentation, providing the missing piece between past experience and untested expectation. 

The programme includes a full assessment including ability, interests and personality tests selected to provide maximum benefit for each individual. This is followed by a two hour session with an experienced occupational psychologist to discuss the profile and past experience. We will also explore how this shapes and supports their future plans. All candidates receive a comprehensive personal Career Development report based on the process.
