Talent

Candidates who have shown strongly at all previous stages of a recruitment process sometimes perform poorly at a final panel. If they do there is little that can be done to retrieve that situation and the opportunity of a rewarding and stimulating new job is almost invariably lost.

If that has been your experience you will know how frustrating it is. You may know what you did wrong or you may not be quite able to put your finger on it. Common problems are: apparent lack of energy, with little variation in tone; waffling; losing the thread; not answering the question at all or answering in generalities when a specific example has been requested.

To address this problem we have developed a coaching programme for you to practise your final panel skills in a realistic setting with two of our consultants. We record you making a presentation and answering questions so you can see and hear yourself. We also provide you with constructive feedback and points to improve on.

We can also provide you with the opportunity to take a personality profiling exercise with associated feedback, which will also help to make sense of the way you conduct, present and express yourself.
