At Rockpools we provide a focused and personalised coaching programme combining face-to-face and telephone sessions to support you and ensure you make the maximum impact.
Many candidates have some awareness of their development areas and we provide a one to one coaching approach with those as a starting point. We then take them forward based around a personality profile to enable them to make use of their past experience in joining new organisations and their understanding of their personal strengths and areas for development. This helps to:
- Identify strengths and build on these
- Pick up on potential problem areas
- Analyse the key challenges of the organisation and build a plan of action
