For anyone starting a new job the first 90 days can have a critical impact on whether they succeed or fail in the long term. Transitions provide opportunities for a fresh start and the opportunity to develop. They also are periods of potential vulnerability if you cannot establish good working relationships quickly, fully understand your new role, build up momentum and make an impact. Moving up to a more senior role, changing sectors or taking on significantly different strategic or operational responsibilities all call for a considered and proactive approach to the first 90 days.  

At Rockpools we provide a focused and personalised coaching programme combining face-to-face and telephone sessions to support you and ensure you make the maximum impact.

Many candidates have some awareness of their development areas and we provide a one to one coaching approach with those as a starting point. We then take them forward based around a personality profile to enable them to make use of their past experience in joining new organisations and their understanding of their personal strengths and areas for development. This helps to:

- Identify strengths and build on these
- Pick up on potential problem areas
- Analyse the key challenges of the organisation and build a plan of action
